- Deliveries will be between 9am – 6pm on date of delivery.
- Orders must be placed at store location by 6pm, or ordered online by 8pm for next day delivery.
- Same day deliveries will be delivered between 2pm - 7:30pm. Orders must be called in or placed before 12:00pm
* Note: High volume of deliveries may cause a delay in delivery time.
- Please review all information before submitting an order (e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, contact number and delivery date).
- Incomplete address, phone number, information of sender and receiver may delay the delivery process.
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O boxes and some local areas due to conflict of delivery services.
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
- Please check your e-mail after placing an order; you will receive an e-mail of confirmation from us. This e-mail contains your order number as well as a summary of your order. If any changes are to be made, you may reply to the e-mail with the details of your order. We will do the necessary changes, time permitting, at your request.
- Should a problem arise, you will be contacted via email with an explanation of the problem, along with a phone number that can be used to contact our customer support. In addition, you will be contacted at the number you provided with your order.
- We will make two attempts to make the delivery if no one is at the location the first time. After the first failed attempt, you will receive a call where you will determine an estimated time to have the delivery delivered. If the recipient is not there after the second attempt, you will have an option of leaving the delivery there, OR have the delivery delivered the following day for and additional delivery charge.
*Note: If recipient declines to accept the delivery you will still be responsible for payment which is non-refundable. You may call customer support to schedule a later delivery date with a delivery fee.

*Special deliveries: Many special facilities follow strict guidelines that we must follow (e.g. hospital, nursing home, funeral home, etc.). Therefore, if you believe you are having an order delivered to one of these facilities, it must be called in as we have a dress code policy to entertain certain business areas. The delivery will still have the Stems4u delivery signature. No extra charge.

- Special time delivery - 10am - 7pm
- Special time delivery: Additional $6.99 - Special time delivery orders must be placed between 24 – 48hrs prior.
- Special time delivery same day: Additional $19.99 – Delivery time must be at least 2hrs after order is placed.
- Specific Delivery Drivers: Additional $6.99 – To have a specific delivery driver, male or female, orders must be placed two (2) days prior.
- On-time Guarantee: Our on-time delivery guarantees we will be on site at time requested at checkout, or you will get a full refund and keep your order. This does not apply to same day on-time deliveries.
- Free Delivery - Delivery address must be within 5 miles of store location. Free delivery is only offered part of promotions or advertisements, and does not exclude fee from Special Time Delivery.
* Special time deliveries after 7pm can be called in to our customer support for possible delivery at additional cost.
- Our drivers carry no money
- Our drivers are not used to promote fear, intimidate, or use for cause of harassment in any way. They are for delivery purposes only.
- Delivery driver will call sender with brief message of confirmation of delivery once delivered.
- A delivery confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after delivery is completed.
